    The small sheepfold is a small charming cottage which is located in a small hamlet "The Parrots" in the heart of Perigord, between Lot Dordogne. It is in a dominant position with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside ..


    The small sheepfold has an area of 35 m2. It has a sitting area (with sofa bed) for reading or watching TV, a fully equipped kitchen area for 4 people, a fully open dining area - thanks to two bay windows - on the terrace. surrounding landscape and a sleeping area with a 140 bed. Above this is a small mezzanine sleeping-bed (140 bed) accessed by a miller's ladder.
    The cottage has a bathroom-toilet with shower and washing machine.

    The small sheepfold offers a comfortable space for a couple or a small family for a weekend or a week.

Good base for visiting family and friends in the area

Property is basic but ideal to use as a base if planning to spend most of the time out with family. Good location for easy access to Villefranche and reading books in the garden. Used it as a bed and breakfast really, Been twice, will go again.

Agréable semaine dans le Périgord

Petit gîte agréable pour deux personnes pas plus. La chambre se trouve dans la pièce principale (non fermée). il est indiqué toilettes séparés néanmoins les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain (gênant si plus de 2 personnes). La petite terrasse ombragée est très agréable dans cet endroit paisible et très proche des sites touristiques et à proximité d'une superbe ferme auberge. Très bon séjour.

Quiet, relaxing, with shade. Short drive to Villefranche: excellent bakery and two good little supermarkets. One with great selection of cheese. Ideal base for visiting friends and family in area.

Gîte très agréable et bien situé pour la découverte du Lot et de la Dordogne. Point de départ pour de nombreuses randonnées de tout niveaux. Conseils avisés des propriétaires. Restauration locale de qualité. Seul bémol, pas de chambre isolée du reste du logement ,ça peut être gênant pour certaines personnes. Merci pour l'accueil.

Schöne und ruhige Ferien in fantastischer Umgebung

Wir waren im April für 2 Wochen in der kleinen "Bergerie". Als wir ankamen warteten eine Karaffe Wein und ein Blumenstrauß auf uns. Wir fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Thierry und Cindy sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ohne aufdringlich zu sein ist auch mal ein Plausch möglich. Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt mit alten Bäumen und Sträuchern. Die Umgebung ist äußerst ruhig und ohne Straßenverkehr, allerdings auch sehr abgelegen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen wahrscheinlich wieder

Idéalement située pour visiter tous les hauts lieux de la région (Saint-Cirq Lapopie, Pech Merle, Rocamadour, Sarlat...) la Petite Bergerie a une vue apaisante, sans pollution , ni sonore, ni lumineuse. La contemplation des étoiles filantes et un sommeil exceptionnel en découlent automatiquement. Thierry et Cindy sont des hôtes adorables et serviables qui savent se faire discrets. Le dossier qu'ils avaient préparé nous a permis de profiter, en plus des sites régionaux, des meilleurs marchés, commerces et restaurants du coin. L'équipement est très complet et le lit bien confortable!

Superbe week end au milieu des chataigniers !

Une petite bergerie douillette au milieu des chataigniers, au calme, et très bien équipée. L'accueil de la propriétaire a été très chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive. Le gite est à 5 km de Villefranche de périgord, ce qui nécessite la voiture pour se déplacer, mais nous avions choisi le calme de la campagne.Un très bel environnement.
