Grosse déception

Nous attendions ce séjour depuis longtemps, un super accueil nous a été fait. Mais après c'était beaucoup moins bien, un salle de bain avec la paroie de baignoire qui tombe, des joints noir, des peignoirs qui ont déjà bien vécu et rêche... Un système balneo qui ne fonctionnait pas... Aller on va se rattraper dans l'espace bien être... Ça continue, une piscine froide, trois pauvres appareil de sport dans un état miteux.... Un petit déjeuner à 17€ par personne avec charcuterie et fromage : obliger de contacter l'accueil pour avoir un café, avoir plus de pain (du à la charcuterie qui sort du super marché du coin même pas du traiteur) Je fais par de tout ceci à l'accueil qui s'en excuse mais aucun geste commerçant ne m'a été proposé... Vraiment déçu...

Merci pour ce superbe sejour

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h tous nous a été expliqué de façon claire et de façons souriante. On nous a demandé pour le petit déjeuner ce que nous souhaitions comme boissons chaudes ainsi que l heure a laquelle nous voulions le recevoir. Nous étions dans la suite sérénité du sud. Elle est juste sublime et très repausante. Son nom lui convient parfaitement. De plus l espace bien être est vraiment appréciable tout y est pensé pour que l on puisse s y détendre.

L'accueil est a 2 kms environ des chambres les finitions des chambres sont loin d etre terminées la telecommande de la TV ne marche pas la wifi est tres tres faible les tablettes en verre des 2 côtés du lit ont certainement été nettoyées , mais il y a très longtemps le bas de "l hotel" est habité semble t il par des residents permanents et des enfants qui braillent En résumé un nom bien pompeux, mais une prestation pas à la hauteur qui n'a rien à voir avec le nom trop cher pour ce que c'est
