Sehr zufrieden!

Wie auf den Bildern und im Text haben wir das Haus so sauber und voll ausgestattet vorgefunden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Vacanza fantastica

La casa è molto bella, comoda, completa di tutto. Favoloso il porticato arredato. Comodissimo il posto auto. Maria è stata disponibilissima. La posizione è ottima per poter raggiungere con l auto tutte le spiagge della zona. Ci torneremo appena possibile.

Nettes kleines Ferienhaus in einem „Dorf“ aus Ferienhäusern mit Garten und Blick auf die Berge. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bis auf fehlende Teekanne und einen Kaffeebereiter, der nicht mit abfallträchtigen Kapseln funktioniert. Strand (Spiaggia Campus) sowie kleiner Supermarkt mit frischem Brot sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Sommer bei Hochbetrieb könnte es etwas laut sein (wir waren Anfang Oktober dort)

Casa caratteristica con tutti i comfort. Non ho trovato un difetto.

Pros: La casa era situata in un posto tranquillo, intimo e ben attrezzato. Con WiFi, TV, Lavastoviglie e barbecue, climatizzatori e tutto lavatrice. Non si poteva pretendere di più. In particolare il propietario di casa mi é rimasto impresso per la sua cordialità e disponibilità a farci scoprire gli angoli più interessanti di Villasimius. Cons: Solo un'appunto sul check out che doveva essere alle 10:00 ma purtroppo causa i nuovi inquilini che venivano anzitempo abbiamo dovuto lasciare la casa senza aver potuto far colazione. Ma a parte questo direi tutto più che bene

Séjour agréable, maison confortable

3 semaines en juillet pour une première fois en Sardaigne. Maison agréable pour 5/6 personnes, bien équipée. Quartier plutôt sympathique proche des commodités. Seul hic, voisins manquant carrément de discrétion (ce qui est génant les terrasses étant accolées aux uns et aux autres)! Il a fallu faire du bruit pour se faire comprendre par un voisin à gauche qui se croyait seul au monde et celui de droite qui réglait ses problèmes personnels en hurlant au téléphone ou regardait ses vidéos le son du à fond. Le propriétaire n'y est pour rien, juste un manque de civisme, d'éducation et de respect de la part des locataires!... Sinon, super séjour, les plages de Villasimius valent le détour, à voir absolument, de préférence en louant un bateau à la journée (top).

Kommunikation eher schwierig nur per App möglich. Der Vermieter war von Beginn an etwas aufdringlich und wollte alles zu seinen Gunsten abändern: Buchung über Expedia, Ankunftszeit und Abreisezeit, Ankunft wegen eines Defekts. Hier musste man immer eine Stunde früher fertig sein, das war nervig. Auch das mit der Müllabfuhr hatte er uns erklärt und wir haben es so gemacht , wie wir es verstanden hatten, aber am Ende war es wohl doch falsch ?!?! Hier wäre eine Infomappe im Haus in mehreren Sprachen sinnvoll für alle Beteiligten. Freitag und Samstag gab es immer Party im Hotel neben an. Mit Fenster zu ging’s aber. Ansonsten war erst 4:30 Uhr frühs Ruhe. Die Nachbarn rechts und links sind unauffällig und nett. Genauer hinschauen darf man natürlich nicht, wer besonders sauber und ordentlich ist. Insgesamt war es aber ok.

Très bon séjour, très calme

Relax stay at Villasimius

We stayed at this accommodation with our family for 3 weeks. The house is perfect for children. With only a 8 minute drive to our favorite beach in Vellasimius and 5 minutes away from the super market it’s perfectly located. The host Maria is really kind and went the extra mile for us. We hope to stay here again when we come back to Sardinia.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit hervorragender Ausstattung

Anfang Oktober waren wir fast die einzigen Gäste in dieser Feriensiedlung. Daher war es sehr angenehm ruhig. Da wir eh jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand gefahren sind hat es uns nicht gestört, dass man nicht fußläufig an einem Strand wohnt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war völlig unkompliziert auch wenn sie nicht so gut englisch spricht. Die Einweisung ins Haus war sehr ausführlich und freundlich. Das Haus ist mit wirklich allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirm,...). Sehr erfreut hat uns das viele Spielzeug für unsere Tochter. Einziges Manko: das Haus ist (wie wahrscheinlich jedes Haus in Italien) sehr hellhörig.

Relax , privacy a due passi dal mare

Un casa favolosa in un posto meraviglioso. Siamo stati più di due settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La villetta è molto accomodante e spaziosa , comprensiva di giardino privato con doccia esterna. All'interno tutto ben tenuto e attrezzata di tutto l 'occorrente necessario per una vacanza in casa. Vicinissima alle spiagge famose e molto silenziosa. I proprietari fantastici , sempre disponibili a dare suggerimenti e consigli. Prima di partire avevamo richiesto la presenza della wifi che hanno provveduto a farcela trovare dal primo giorno di permanenza. E' stata davvero una bella vacanza e speriamo di ritornarci. Soggiorno fantastico! Accoglienza e disponibilità dei proprietari, casa nuovissima , pulita dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima alle spiagge più belle. Giardino e porticato deliziosi da godere anche nelle ore più calde. Complessivamente la casa e il contesto reali offrono di più di quanto in annuncio. Consiglio vivamente !

Ottima soluzione per le famiglie con bimbi

Siamo stati due estati ospiti della gentilissima signora Maria e quest'anno torniamo poiché ci siamo innamorati della posizione (ad un km dal mare, ma consigliamo di portare l'auto per visitare le spiagge della zona), del paese (Villasimius offre servizi e divertimenti) e della villetta (spaziosa, tranquilla, molto pulita e dotata di ogni confort). Le foto non rendono completamente giustizia: la villetta è molto più bella dal vivo...

"Bellissima villetta indipendente con giardino ,la casa è pulitissima non manca niente,immersa in contesto residenziale poco trafficato con accesso comodo, parcheggio privato. Piccolo market,pizzeria ,ristorante,tabacchi e spiaggia "CAMPUS", con ottimo ristorantino "Miraggio" (la sera si cena sulla sabbia)a 3 minuti in auto. Se volete cenare con ottimo pesce consiglio di andare da "BARBARA" a Solanas, mentre per la pizza si può andare in centro a Villasimius alla pizzeria Acquarius. Non andate al rist. "zia Maria", non è un gran chè. Ricapitolando, è proprio una location molto bella. Ringrazio i proprietari. Angelo"

Bellissima villetta indipendente,giardino e orto curato dai genitori dei proprietari ,tutte persone splendide e ospitali,la casa è nuova pulitissima non manca niente anzi ci sono cose non menzionate in più,immersa in contesto residence poco trafficato, accesso comodo,parcheggio privato ,piccolo market,pizzeria ,ristorante,tabacchi, fermata bus e spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi,se ti sposti con la macchina c'è una varietà di posti bellissimi a 15 20 minuti per esempio costa rey,non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.
