About this property

Campulongu, villa with panoramic swimming pool 350 meters from the sea

  • Beautiful panoramic Villa with private pool just 350 meters from the sea. The Villa consists of: ground floor with entrance, living room with sofa bed (1.5). Kitchen equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher and bathroom. On the ground floor there are also 2 verandas, both with panoramic views of the sea. The verandas are finished in Sardinian Orosei marble. On the ground floor there is a garden and infinity pool with whirlpool. Beautiful view of the gulf / harbor.
    On the 1st floor we find the 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other with 2 single beds (it can eventually become a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. There is also a sink with a washing machine. The house is air conditioned in all rooms. Near the pool there is an outdoor shower with hot water. The Villa is available exclusively for non-smokers inside the house; it is possible to smoke outside. In the garden there are differences in level, it is always better to pay attention to small children.
