Progressive Retreat #4 - Diverse, Open-minded and Eco-Friendly Waterfront Unit

  • Welcome to your progressive-minded waterfront retreat! Our space celebrates diversity and welcomes guests from all backgrounds, identities, and lifestyles. Here, every person is respected and valued—this is a genuinely inclusive getaway designed to make everyone feel at home.
    Enjoy stunning water views right from your doorstep while being just minutes from Cape May's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Of course, Dogs Welcome, No cats! (flat $75 pet fee)
    This completely renovated 1940's beach house is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Bath towels & beach towels and bed linens provided.
    We are ABSOLUTELY dog friendly! ($75 fur fee per dog for extra cleaning) However, we have noticed that some dogs can not acclimate to the ambient noise of a multi unit building. If your dog does not do well with noise from people above or below or can not be left alone with out barking for long periods of time, this might not be the best rental for you.
    Eco-Friendly - Bio-degradable trash bags, refillable shower toiletries, Blueland cleaning supplies (dishwasher, laundry, sponges), re-useable k-cup pod, recycled or bamboo toilet paper and paper towels.

Perfect place to stay! Definitely recommend!- GORGEOUS views of the Cape- dog friendly- we loved the decor and vibe of the unit- easy walkway straight down to the beach- coffee machine is always a plus!- you can tell the hosts thought through the details of the stay and want to make the renters comfortable. Little touches like the basket of beach towels by the deck door. - Deanna was super responsive with any questions we had. Hosts were very friendly.
