Casa Rural Cayara Villanueva de la Concepción by Ruralidays

The tree house and the cobblestone lane directly confer special charm to this holiday home. There are beautiful flowers and there even is a rocking chair. All the exquisite details have been added by the owner himself.

The house invites you to feel at home. It is equipped with an oven/grill, dishwasher, heating and more. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is one bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Although the winter in Andalusia is mild, the evenings can be chilly. However, fortunately enough there is a cozy fireplace. During the day you can walk to the small village of Pedania de La Higuera, which is at only 2 km distance. Enjoy the tranquility of the environment while the children play basketball, or enjoy themselves on the slide or in the swimming pool. The house has air conditioning in two rooms.


In the surrounding area, you can go hiking, horse riding and cycling. You can also enjoy yourself in playing golf, since there is a golf court only 20 minutes far from the house, in the Natural Reserve of the Torcal de Antequera.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in Antonios Haus. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (8 Monate und 2,5 Jahre alt). Es war absolut kinderfreundlich, mit einem umzäunten Pool mit Kinderschutzgitter, zwei Feldbetten und einem Gitter am Etagenbett darunter, das ein Herausfallen verhinderte, zwei Hochstühlen, vielen Outdoor-Spielzeugen, einem Spielhaus und einem Baumhaus. Antonio ist sehr umgänglich und ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet hat. Villanueva de la Conception ist ein kleines Dorf, aber mit vielen Orten, an denen man etwas trinken, Kaffee trinken oder Tapas genießen kann. Es gibt auch zwei Spielplätze, einer davon im Schatten! Wir würden es jedem empfehlen, besonders denjenigen, die etwas für eine Familie suchen!

El alojamiento es excepcional, todo destacable. El interior muy limpio, cuenta con todas las comodidades, si bien permanecimos poco en el porque para nosotros iendo con niños pequeños lo que mas nos atraia es la zona exterior con distintas estancias para relax, descanso, comer, leer, juegos, actividades........,y la piscina genial, con vistas muy bonitas. Tambien mencionar a Antonio y a su mujer que nos han tratado con mucha amabilidad, y siembre dispuestos para lo que necesitaramos. Muchas gracias.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung, mit einem Besitzerwechsel zwischen den beiden Malen. Das Mindeste, was wir sagen können, ist, dass die Wohnung nichts von ihrem Charme und ihrer Anziehungskraft verloren hat. Ich würde sogar sagen, dass Verbesserungen (Klimaanlage) sie noch weiter verbessert haben. Antonio ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall für Liebhaber dieser wunderschönen Region der Welt wie mich. Abschließend sei für alle Menschen mit Behinderungen wie mich erwähnt, dass diese Wohnung perfekt zugänglich ist.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig und mit herrlichem Blick auf die Landschaft. Es gab andere Häuser in der Nähe, aber nicht so nah, dass es aufdringlich gewesen wäre. Antonio und seine Frau waren fantastische Gastgeber. Trotz der Sprachbarriere zeigten sie uns das Haus und seine Funktionsweise. Das Haus, sowohl innen als auch außen und rund um den Pool, war makellos sauber und verfügte über alle Einrichtungen und Ausstattungen, die man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sowohl innen als auch außen ist es sehr gepflegt; während unseres Aufenthalts brachte Antonio neue Töpfe und Pflanzen für draußen mit. Der Willkommenskorb war auch sehr willkommen, eine nette Geste. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit am Pool; der schattige Sitzbereich war wirklich schön. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Es ist sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir mochten den Außenbereich und die vielen Ecken, die für die Aktivitäten des Tages eingerichtet wurden: Grill, Schwimmbad, Kinderspiele, Petanque-Platz, Entspannungsbereiche im Schatten und in der Sonne. sowie die atemberaubenden Landschaften. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause.
