Other remarks
Mandatory security deposit: In order to guarantee the proper use of the villa and the tranquility of all, a deposit of €1,000 in cash is required on arrival (the host reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of the deposit). The security deposit will be returned by bank transfer between 24 and 72 hours after check-out, once the verification has been carried out and provided that no intentional damage is found and that everything is in perfect condition (furniture, appliances, utensils, swimming pool, garden and all the equipment of the villa).
