The staff is friendly. The room was clean. Just because we travel with pets does not mean you have to give us at the very end of a corridor in a dilapitaded room with a broken sink wand old spring mattresses. At least the pet.dee.qas.dexent at 250 pesos. Sigh

Rooms have no window. If you are lucky you get a room with a window to the bathroom which has a window to the outside. This bathroom window is so high that you can’t see outside. Besides there are many parties at night so you get little rest. The hotel itself and the staff are really ok, but the rooms without windows are a no go. I will not book again.

Yo ingresé el viernes 19 de junio 2026 por la noche me registre y fuimos al restaurante a comer de entrada solo había un mesero esto fue a las 8:30 aproximadamente entramos al restaurante y ese mesero es que era el único que estaba de espaldas hablando por teléfono tardó quizás como 15 minutos hablando por teléfono durante 15 minutos No fuimos atendidas mi familia y yo éramos cuatro personas posteriormente de esa larga agonía se voltea y viene con malos modos y nos tira casi casi la carta cada uno de nosotros nosotros como moríamos de hambre dijimos ni hablar y nos pusimos a ver la carta le hice una seña porque él todo el tiempo ignorándonos le hice una seña que nos atendiera le digo me puede tomar la orden sí pero va a tardar porque tengo muchos pedidos de ROM service le digo sí pero tenemos hambre queremos pedir con molestia como con coraje nos tomó la la comanda y se fue posteriormente como nos dejó pasar como 15 minutos nunca nos llevó ni los refrescos nunca nos llevó ni el agua que habíamos pedido nunca nos llevó nada y 15 minutos después regresó para decirnos que ya no había sopas este de caldos tlalteños que no que era lo que habíamos pedido cada una cuatro caldos alteños este porque todo era para room service que no tenía comida porque ya este las sopas los callos todo era para el room serving ya no había comido o sea imagínese 15 horas esperando en lo que terminara de hablar por teléfono 15 minutos esperando lo que nos atendiera para que al final no nos vendiera nada
