「Host very prompt in responding to questions」

「Upon entering the property. I saw that the accommodations were not the quality I thought I had paid for. Because of the overall uncleanliness that came with an odor, my family was uncomfortable. But with how much money was spent and how far and long we had driven to this property. We had no other choice but to stay. This was supposed to be a trip to celebrate our son retiring from the military. While also being able to relax and enjoy our time there since we barely get to see him. I highly...

「First I would like to say I wasn’t aware we have people living there and no there wasn’t any problem but we just wasn’t aware of it. Second the place was clean no problem there either and for what we were doing the price was fair. The problem we had was that the house had a real bad odor and we had to deal with it for both days and that wasn’t pleasant to smell at all. If there were a problem with the septic tank that as well should have been disclosed and the last one was the front door not...

「The house is beautiful and there is plenty of room for your family and friends. Will definitely stay here again one day!」

「We had a clean, comfortable stay in a great location with convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit and beyond. Thanks so much!」

「We loved the house and had a great stay. The house was very clean minus a single dead cockroach in the bathtub when we arrived. We had minor trouble checking in but the host was very responsive and helpful and even reached back out again later to apologize. A very friendly and communicative host with a beautiful, clean home! It came equipped with everything we needed and was perfect. We shared the house with my family and my sister’s family and it was the perfect space while we were on vacation!...

「Nice place and location. They got our check-in day wrong so we couldn't get in but got it fixed within 5mins or so. It was a little messy. I would give it an overall 4/5 just because of the messes that i had to clean up.」

「We were a group of adults and stayed inside the home. The home is very large and perfect for a reunion. The location is close to Douglasville for any shopping needs, yet very private, surrounded by trees and nature. The host did a great job answering any questions I had and providing quick service.」

「This place served our needs perfectly. It's clean, check in was easy, and the owner was responsive. Thanks for sharing your home! 」

「Beautiful little place, just perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Close to where we needed to be and so grateful there is a place like this in the area which there are not many.」

「Literally no complaints, Gabrielle & Jean were both very communicative and welcoming.」

「Great little get away spot in Newnan. Close to down town and shipping.」

「We were very, very disappointed when we walked in the rental to see there was a soaked towel in front of the refrigerator due to a leak. Throughout our time there we had to keep changing the towel because the leak was persistent. This did not appear to be a new issue as arrived to the rental and the tile is already in place to soak up all the water coming out of the refrigerator. We were additionally very upset to see the condition of the couch. The couch and the chair in the living room were...
