"The staff was wonderful, they had no problem carting our 15 bags from the top of the hill to our rooms. The breakfast was lovely with fresh scrambled & bacon amongst cereals & fruit. The rooms were clean & very roomy for Europe & Capri . The best part was it was a short walk to the square & the bus stop was at the foot of the hotel. Keep in mind that it is extremely hilly and most of Capri lodging is a fairly steep walk up & down. Most areas are not flat with the exception of the square area & shopping along with Ana Capri. We loved it. The pool looked great but we were on the go too much to enjoy it. "

"Very clean in an excellent location. Views were awesome. Must thank the receptionist. He recommended a restaurant for dinner wich we went. I left my passport at the restaurant and they called the receptionist who was able to retreive it! Uff that was a close one!"

"Our stay at Villa Brunella in Capri was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, the team impressed us with their attention to detail. They sent clear instructions on how to reach the hotel and explained all the services available. We used the luggage service from the ferry with our funicular tickets and had a lovely 10–15 minute stroll through Capri’s beautiful streets to reach the hotel. When we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff met us right away and personally walked us to our room — such a thoughtful touch! Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself is full of charm and feels like a home away from home. Villa Brunella ended up being one of the best parts of our entire trip, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!"
