"Cool spot and all I needed was a quick place to stay price was great. What happened next was my fault but I locked my phone in the room and simultaneously forgot my door code. The phone number to call at 5pm just kept ringing and ringing. I used an online help portal to try and get them to send me the code. But all I could do was just think about the code. Never heard from anyone and just eventually tried the right code. Word to the wise keep your phone on you like it's your key. Unfortunate that I couldn't reach anyone to help. Why have a phone number if no worker is on the other side of it. "
