Check-in was swift and seamless, offering helpful local tips and a sincere smile that made me feel instantly at home. 🍽️ Breakfast was equally impressive, served at your room, it was just fabulous. 🛏️ Room & Amenities The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. Every detail reflected thoughtful design and care. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the staff were knowledgeable and kind, making our trip in Milano as unique experience. 💬 Final Thoughts In a world where luxury often feels impersonal, this hotel stands out for its heart. Front staff were nice however when we checked in two young girls were sitting on the counters... and then the same girls tried to enter our room shortly after we went into our room. We didn't feel safe leaving our valuables. Also no airconditioner.
