"コンシェルジュの対応はとても良かったが、全体的に人員不足。フロント、ドアマンなどが一、二名しかおらず、年末年始の混雑シーズンということもあり、対応してもらうまでの待ち時間が長かった。食事は感動こそ無いが、満足のいくレベル。Wi-Fiの速度が10-12MBと遅く、要改善。"

"館内は清潔でした。ハーフボードのブッフェも夜は毎日メニューが変わるので飽きることなく楽しめます(朝食はほぼ同じだったように思います)。利用はしていませんが、ブッフェ以外にも館内にレストランがいくつかあります。子供用の遊具やプールもあるので家族連れでのんびりするには良いホテルだと思います。"
