"A not so good experience. The property is much smaller than it seems. The air conditioning does not work well at all and the upstairs is unlivable with heat all night. The kitchen is small, there was no gas, and the pots were very dirty. The bathroom had no hot water at times but had a good current. We tried to stay out as much as possible and even left a day early because we could not anymore. Not worth the price!"

"For about EUR 184 per night the hotel doesn‘t fulfill a middle class hotel standard at all. 2 lamps in the room were broken, the interior is very rudimentary, TV was blurry, whitrpool engine broken, dirty and ice cold. This is maximum a 2 star hotel. For that price, you get a good quality 4 star hotel in Rio with ocean view."

"the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence "

We enjoyed our stay overall but were disturbed by noises from 4am every morning (possibly because we were placed on the floor below the restaurant/entertainment area) and also construction noises from 8am every day of our 5 night stay. "This is a national park for Brazil. The inn provides the basic, is clean and the host Rucardo is absolutely amazing. Ask him before booking tours ahead of your trip. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, coming to the island may not be your cup of tea. If you are looking for peace, nature, quaint shops, snorkeling and observing animals in their natural habitat this is for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I hope I get the opportunity. "
