Super comfortable room, great location, and welcoming vibe. Just one criticism: I loved the cuddly cod and wanted to take one home but they are far too expensive (400 DKK / £46). I get Denmark is a pricey country but that still seems a little much.

Selection at breakfast was good, but its very busy & even though we booked a time slot as advised, we often had to wait 10 mins to be sested. The rooms were quite spacious but you are asked to book when your room is serviced. Fresh towels & bedding changes were ok, but no top ups on tea/coffee used & we slowly had all of our cups/glasses removed & not replaced. So we got used to collecting spares tea bags at breakfast & made good use of the takeaway cups to get an extra coffee to go.

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers. The extras and the little things went a long way.
