Nach einer sehr strapaziösen Anreise, die einige unschöne Überraschungen mit sich brachte, war er der perfekte Gastgeber, hat auf uns gewartet und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Auch als wir erst um 22:40Uhr eintreffen konnten. Ein Highlight: Das Frühstück in der kleinen, schnuckeligen Bäckerei 2 Ecken entfernt - in dem wir ganz unkompliziert mit Coins aus der AirBnB Schatztruhe zahlen konnten. "Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Excellent shuttle service to/from Malpensa Airport. Breakfast selections were wide ranging but overpriced, and not included in room rate."

"Stayed here prior to the flight next morning. Its a really excellent ornate hotel, as you could imagine with a name like that. The staff are very professional and polite. Quite close to the airport but wouldn't like to walk there as the roads are quite busy. They have a excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. Alas did not have time to explore the facilities of the hotel. The restaurant is first class, but you need to book. The only snag we found was that we asked if everything was included in the bill when we arrived and checked once again when we left, including the tourist tax, and they said yes it was, But got a message from them after we got back to say the tourist tax had not been paid, but we could see it had been paid on our receipt - they have not replied yet. Also not sure if the shuttle bus was free or they forgot to add it onto our bill as we cannot see it mentioned on the receipt. Alas we had to miss our breakfast due to the need to get to the airport early, so cannot comment on that."

"Great stay everything clean pool was excellent location great staff great rooms with view amazing breakfast very very nice. Pool showers nice touch for checkout day if you prefer to hang around the pool for part of the day, which we did. Drain in shower needed attention. All in all the VALUE for this hotel compared to other lakefront hotels, is unmatched in my opinion."
