"This hotel steals from the guests. Left some expensive shirts in a drawer and must be houskeeping that took two mens shirts. Contacted Concierge and front desk within minutes of departing and was told the shirts were not in my room. This is unacceptable and disappointing from a hotel they better controls on their staff."

"Cons: You have to pay for something special for a birthday....this is the only hotel who ever done this and it was disappointing to not have at least something small complimentary. VERY far from the main city especially during traffic hours (and cabs are expensive) and the nearest bus stop is 20 mins walking away. NOTHING to do or walk to in the area. Breakfast was the exact same everyday. Pros: Friendly / helpful staff who spoke english well Clean rooms Food tasted good and 4 hot options for breakfast"

"Good hotel that could be great but for a few niggles. The great stuff: spacious room, great location in Navigli, vibey area with lots of great bars and restaurants (if you want a really good meal I would recommend Osteria Al Coniglio Bianco less than 5 minutes away). The rooftop bar and pool are lovely with stunning views over the city. Short metro ride from Milano Centrale. The small niggles: Only paper cups and instant coffee in the room. For a 4* in Milan would expect real coffee and a non-paper cup / glasses. Breakfast choices were good and varied, the freshly baked croissants were excellent, but proper coffee was by waiter/waitress service only and this was slow and reluctant even though the breakfast area was not busy. We only managed to get one cappuccino and a doppio 3/4 of the way through and the filter coffee in jugs is so foul as to be undrinkable. Finally whilst the pool is lovely, access to the pool is a bit of a pain - have to go down to the ground floor then take separate a lift to the top floor and pool closes and hotel guests asked to leave very promptly at 6pm. After this the rooftop bar is by reservation only and appears to operate independently of the hotel. It would be helpful if this were clarified either at booking or at check in, but it wasn’t. In any case I would recommend going until 6pm then having your Apero at one of the Navigli bars which are filled with Milanese as well as tourists. Overall I would recommend and would visit again."
