Jonathan, the Coconut Man, made sure we had fresh coconut water every day, which became one of our favorite rituals. And even relaxing by the pool came with thoughtful touches—Ray surprised us by cleaning our lenses while we lounged, which was such a simple but memorable act of kindness. The food was outstanding, the entertainment kept us smiling day and night, and every staff member we encountered made us feel welcomed and cared for. "The staff disregarded an 80 year old person and made climb to third floor when checking in Food was mediocre at best and took forever to get served The promised premium alcohol was not available during our stay The best restaurant was not part of all inclusive and had to be paid for This is second Zoetry resort that was awful I would never recommend this resort"
