-1 open fitted kitchen
-1 bedroom with 1 bed in 160
-1 washroom with toilet and washing machine
-1 close loggia with table and chairs
Accommodation not suitable for wheelchair users.

END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €90 / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
A contribution to the expenses of €25/week or short stay will be requested between MID-OCTOBER and MID-JUNE included.
A cleaning deposit of €90 will be requested upon arrival by bank imprint or check.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

- Queen linen per stay : 18 €.
- Sheets SMALL bed per stay : 15 €.
