Very basic as expected, however staff had stayed to check us in when we arrived very late and were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms basic but bed comfortable and clean bedding. All we wanted for an overnight stop.

Dont go here

Hadnt stayed in this hotel for a few years cos ot was so bad but hoped it had hot better. Unfortunately it hasn't in fact it was worse. Rooms very old and dated. Stratch marks on sink. Dead flies on walls. No soap in dispenser. Door to room dudnt close properly and bathroom door didnt close at all.

Dissatisfied.

First of all had to call key card was failty would not worked had to call out about 22.30 and when attended we were made to feel like a nuisance and still not working in the morning. Breakfast at 8.30 a.m foods has not been replenished, we constantly have to asked for things even a clean tea cup + cutlery. The person who seams to be in charge was very unfriendly. Lastly having stay in previous Premiere classes hotel this one was very disappointing.

Never again here

We wrote to the hotel that we should arrive after 21:00....no response or check-in arrangements were sent to us. We got there at 22:30 and the self check in machine was down....so no help. Eventually some guy / staff member appeared from nowhere.... First he said our booking is not real.... despite giving him my printed reservation and booking number.... despite being paid already! Then we managed to get a room. The guy refused to validate our room for wifi and said to use the visitor option instead. When we did that, the option required a French mobile phone number.... so we had no wifi. Incredible. The room had a bathroom door with no handles, etc, etc....never again here....

Séjour satisfaisant Malgré un dysfonctionnement de communication pour anticiper notre arrivée, l'accueil sur place a été très agréable la nuit tardivement et nous remercions le gentil gardien disponible. Nous avons très bien dormi et merci pour l'accueil du matin au petit déjeuner.

J'ai retenu une chambre, mais je l'ai annulé le soir car je suis arrivée trop tôt sur le site. La personne responsable n'a pas fait l'annulation. J'ai reçu le lendemain la facture comme si j'y avais passé la nuit. L'assurance annulation n'a pas fonctionné, donc j'en suis pour 32€ de ma poche.

A fuir absolument... J'ai réservé pour 3 nuits et je n'ai pas réussi à dormir une seul à cause des punaises de lit, des insectes de tous genre. Personnel désagréable, mal poli enfin ce fut une très très mauvaise expérience il a fallu que réserve une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel. Je déconseille fortement pour toute personne souhaitant réserve dans cet hôtel.

Salle de bain bricolée au niveau du mur soutenant le wc, le porte savon n’est plus fixé au mur comme habituellement mais posé sur le rebord du lavabo, le tout donnant une impression de délabrement... Les bavardages des clients sur la coursive sont vraiment désagréables, d'autant que ceux-ci sr dont éternisés et encouragés par l'installation d’une table et de chaises à proximité des portes... repos absolument pas garanti... L’environnement immédiat de l’hotel était jonché de déchets d’emballages cartonnés et polystyrène au niveau de la façade arrière. Quel accueil...

Le linge de lit était de meilleurs facture que précédemment. L’odeur de la chambre était différente que précédemment également. Je pense qunelle avait été occupée par un fumeur, donc désodorisée...puissamment ! Il y a encore des efforts à fournir quant à la propreté de la cabine de douche...

Malheureusement à ne plus renouveler, reservation sur la borne pour rentrer dans la chambre très longue. Chambre vétuste plus de plinte, lineaux vieux et déchiré, sale, mur et plafond sale, douche petite avec toilettes collé à la porte. Tv dans un angle....on ne voyait pas du lit.pourtant la chambre est petite. Personnel absent....la zone... Cest une honte de loins cette chambre si on peut appeler ca ainsi. A fuir....
