Esperanza Studio A/C Up Hill Apt. B

Studio in Esperanza, close to Sun Bay, Biobay tours, restaurants, bars, and more in the village of Esperanza on the South side of Vieques. Walk 1/2 mile downhill to the Malecón (main street of the village) with a walkway along the ocean. Enjoy the beach, the beauty, and the access to amazing food, all within a few minutes. Easy street parking and a short walk or drive to most of the delights of Vieques. Please keep the gates closed or the free roaming horses will come in!

Checkout time is 10am and if you have already left have a fantastic rest of your trip! Completely optional: load and start the dishwasher, pile used sheets and towels on the floor helps a lot!

We are a shared property with private units, so please respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Your unit is private, outside it is all shared.
Breaking any house rules will result in immediate checkout without refund and will incur a $500 fee plus actual cost of the additional cleaning.
Please keep the gate to the yard closed as the horses that roam freely here will come in, eat the plants, and leave smelly fertilizer behind if open.

Very loud. Thin walls. They literally provide ear plugs. Bathroom is TINY. Property manager was quick to respond and accommodating.
