It offers 6 rooms in total and thus can perfectly host families or groups of friends. It is well located in a highly demanded residential area in the city center.

- 2nd bedroom: 1x double bed 200x180cm + 2x single bed 200x90cm
- big central living room with sitting bench, dining table, sofa-bed, chill-area with TV
- kitchen: (includes fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, etc.)
- bathroom: incl. washing machine, hair dryer
- separate toilet/WC room

- HIGHLIGHT 2: next metro station right at the end of the street (2 minutes walk)

Find the Sigmund-Freud-Meseum and Palace Lichtenstein just around the corner, and have all you need (like supermarket) in close walking distance.

Super Lage, Ausstattung und Zustand mit kleinen Mängeln.

Wohnung liegt sehr gut, schönes Viertel. Nette Lokale in der Nähe. Bad war ok. Möbel und Einrichtung etwas lieblos. Bettwäsche alt und defekt. Küchenausstattung unvollständig (z.B. keine kleinen Löffel , Schälchen...) Wände könnten neuen Anstrich vertragen. Aber dennoch hat sich Bolle ganz köstlich amüsiert...
