The room was clean and appeared newly upgraded. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom light fixture was on the floor when I arrived in the room. The microwave did not work. I saw a roach on the desk on two different days during my stay. When I notified the front desk of the problems, they fixed the light fixture and the microwave issues.

I was so pleased with my one night stay. We had two rooms for a nearby concert and were looking for a close place. Only an 8 minute ride to the Filene center. The bed was comfortable and sheets and cover soft. It had a basic setup but the larger fridge was great. Minimal kitchen but we did not use it. Friendly staff. Small but adequate continental breakfast with included eggs and sausage. I would definitely stay again.

Motel. Not hotel

There was a constructive project that started at 6am. Its a 4 year project and they didnt tell us. The AC was noisy. No kid friendly TV network. Roo.s outside instead of inside. So its a motel and its not listed as such. And the vending machine, the only one, didnt work.

They’re GREAT!

Miguel and Anthony were great during my late night check in! The morning team made it even better with the breakfast layout. I was able to meet Ms. Anna and other members of the Housekeeping staff!! All in all this was the best decision to stay for my staycation. I will be back!!!

This hotel was very clean .Parking was convenient. Staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok and very clean area with lots of room to sit and begin your day .The price was very good concidering what the hotels in the area are charging .
