Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The property is in a good location to get public transit and close to amenities. There is a great restaurant just a 3min walk and it was so good. The house was dirty, very visibly dirty, there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom. There was broken furniture in the hallway and the banister was broken but held together by string so people can't fall through. The kitchen had food left on the stove top and dishes throughout the common areas. The bathrooms had overflowing garbages and bathroom products left from previous people who stayed. I messaged expedia and was told that everything would be fixed. I didn't want it fixed I wanted to have a refund and stay somewhere else. When I complained, the company sent a man, who was very unhappy I took pictures and complained. He question me but he didn't speak english and I didn't speak German, which also made him unhappy. He cleaned but this was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had at an establishment. I would not recommend this place and I am disappointed that I book this through expedia.
