The staff was really nice and accommodating. They refrigerated things for us and they also had an apple tv that we were able to watch Netflix on! They also cleaned the room really nicely. Overall the property had a cool relaxed vibe to it which was also really nice. Perfect place to spend the holidays!

Good hotel with nice rooms and beds. Area was less charming but a underground station towards the city very close by and from there only 10 minutes into city center, so everything fine

Rooms were comfortable. No cleaning for the whole stay. Asked every morning for a freshen up. I got fresh/dry towels from reception but Rubbish piled up and towels mounded. Worse than a hostel. The heating was either on or off so too hot or too cold. But as a room to sleep it was functional.

Hotel was centrally located. 8 minute walk from the train station and about 5 minute walk to the hop on-hop off bus stop. 10 minute walk to the museum. The Town Square was about 15 minute walk. The hotel had a variety of items for breakfast. I would recommend staying at the Elysee Hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay! The staff and service were excellent especially at the reception desk. I felt very welcome and cared for. The hotel is just three minutes away from the Erdberger train station and just about 15 minutes drive from VIE airport. Only downside is breakfast not included but Vienna has so many options on that anyway!

the hotel staff was amazing, among them Adam did above and beyond with anything we came up with. the hotel is quite, peaceful and clean, very close to the Vienna U-bahn and up to 10min. from the city center. well recommended!
