Great stay at a lovely hotel for a great price, close by to one of my favorite historic sites in Vienna, Schönbrunn. Great place to stay for families, couples or single travelers if you are looking for a great place with historic charm, friendly staff and good food. Conveniently located right on the 56/58 bus line which can connect you directly to the Am Platz or Hietzing U-station.

Ones i reached the hotel they confirm that my booking is there, but they dont have the room available. They ask to seat and wait. The person in charge was not there and was not available by calling. I got finally the room at 7,30 in the night! Nothing else to say!

Cozy hotel in an old building with nice interior. Staff friendly although the waiter seemed to be very busy. It is perfect if you want to live close to Schönbrunn in a more calm area. However, at night you can hear noise from the road outside. Recomended to bring earplugs. Breakfast is ok. Rooms could have had one more chair or desk where you could put your suitcase or other belongings. Some small details with organization of the room. If you do not need to live in the exact center it is overall worth the price.

Wir hatten im Hotel Bergwirt Schönbrunn leider eine extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung. Schon bei der Ankunft mussten wir im Hinterhof zwischen Holzlager und schmuddeligem Rauchertisch parken. Der Lift wirkte vergilbt und alt, der Flur erinnerte eher an eine Geisterbahn als an ein Hotel. Im Zimmer dann der nächste Schock: dreckiger Teppich, ein Bad aus den 60ern, sehr ungepflegt, und das bestellte Gitterbett schien ebenfalls Jahrzehnte alt oder einfach schon unzählige Male benutzt. Dazu kam eine unerträgliche Hitze – gefühlte 35 Grad ohne Klimaanlage. Die Fenster gingen direkt zur Hauptstraße, also laut und stickig. Mit Kleinkind hier zu schlafen war für uns unmöglich. Wir haben die Mängel sofort beim Empfang angesprochen und um Stornierung gebeten. Nach Rücksprache mit der Geschäftsführung wurde uns ein Zimmer zum Innenhof angeboten, allerdings im gleichen miserablen Zustand (alter Teppich, keine Klima, gleiches Kinderbett). Wir haben abgelehnt und storniert. Die erste Nacht mussten wir trotzdem voll bezahlen (113 €), nur die zweite wurde erlassen. Für diesen Preis absolut unverschämt. Zum Glück fanden wir wenige Meter weiter im Austrian Trend Hotel Schlosspark ein top gepflegtes, klimatisiertes Zimmer zum fast selben Preis – bessere Lage, direkt beim Schlosspark und mit guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Fazit: Finger weg vom Hotel Bergwirt Schönbrunn! Die Fotos im Internet haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Im der nöhe gibts besseres zum selben Preis (Austria Trend Hotel)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen...hätte dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Das Bett hatte sehr harte Matratzen, aber für eine Nacht war es schon OK. Der Zoo Schönbrunn und das Schloß ist in unmittelbaren Nähe...die Busverbindung ist sehr gut.

Sehr freundliche Leute. Wir haben Kaiserschmarren und Schweinsmedallions mit Marronisauce zu Abend gegessen und es war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir werden unseren nächsten Wienaufenthalt wieder dort verbringen.

좋은 곳 입니다.

호텔 앞 주차장을 무료로 사용합니다만, 빈자리가 없으면 주변 주차장을 찾아 다녀야 합니다. Bus stop이 바로 옆에 있지만 티켓을 사려면 근처 전철역까지 가야합니다. 겨울에 너무 더운 난방 때문에 창문을 열어 두어야 했습니다. 조식은 좋았으며 침대는 깨끗했습니다. 직원분들은 친절했지만 밤늦게, 새벽에 들어올 경우는 직원분들을 깨우거나 방에 남아있는 동료에게 호텔 출입구를 열어 달라고 해야합니다. 전반적으로 좋았지만 다음에는 좀 더 편리한 곳을 찾겠습니다.

Absolut beste Verkehrsanbindung, man ist in 10-12 Minuten am Westbahnhof/Mariahilfer Strasse, von da aus kann man ganz Wien erkunden. Zimmer waren ok, aber leider keine Klima. der Ventilator war nicht hilfreich bei heissem Wetter. bei geöffnetem Fenster relativ laut. Parkplätze sind äusserst rar, aber man wird nach längerem Suchen fündig. Essen war ok. Schönes altes Haus, wenn man das mag.Betten relativ neu und gut. Bad\WC getrennt, was gut war, dafür schon etwas ältere Ausstattung, aber ok und sauber.
