⭐️⭐️
Very disappointing stay. We booked three rooms, but Room 1 was significantly inferior to Rooms 2 and 3. It had a strong chemical odour, a smaller bed/room, a non-functioning TV/remote, and a shower drain that did not drain properly.
We reported these issues to the host immediately and gave them an opportunity to address them. Unfortunately, we received no satisfactory solution. We ultimately had to pay for another hotel room for our guests for two nights.
What was most disappointing was the lack of meaningful assistance or refund for Room 1. Given the problems and the additional expense we incurred, I expected much better customer service and accountability.
I would not recommend this accommodation.
