Superwoman of Front Desk

The front desk staff who assisted me is very knowledgeable and helpful . When we rang the bell at once , she immediately came her from the kitchen and assisted me . I think all of the hotel staff are efficient and “ jack of all trade”. Highly Recommended .

Very comfortable but I missed having a kettle and drinks in the room. We didn't opt for breakfast in the hotel as we wanted to visit different options but I would have liked a coffee first thing which wasn't an option. The reception was soften unmanned but I just went looking until I found someone. Value for money and good location for public transport.

My check in was easy, the staff were very helpful. Secured parking is conveniently located under the building, allowing access into the hotel and to the rooms. The ramp down is narrow, wider or long vehicles may have difficulty getting in and out. The room was relatively spacious, compared to European hotels. My room had two single beds which were very comfortable. The room was quiet, heard no noise from other rooms. Shower was decent, good pressure and consistent temperature. Lugner City is a mall around the corner from the hotel and offers 3 floors of shopping for whatever you need or want. Very convenient. Didn’t use transit, so I can’t speak to that, but driving downtown is relatively easy and fast from the hotel. A very comfortable stay.

Amazing clean rooms

So clean cannot fault the room at all, maybe just new pillows needed. Very quiet considering venue is just a few metres away, great blackout curtains. Excellent stay for concert only, not much else around. Staff were not so friendly though and although it said snacks were available in the lobby I was told there wasn’t.

The hotel was ok overall, little less expensive but less central. We didn’t appreciate that the reception wasn’t always available. Mainly be aware for an holiday day, the hotel they cannot keep the luggage after the check-out, as the reception is closed. The staff was nice and tried to solved it. The hotel is recently refurbished and clean. Although we found the bathroom wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest, we referred but nothing changed.

Everything else was fine, but at about 9:00 in the morning a person (probably from the cleaning staff) knocked on the door an said something about "control". I didn't really get, what she wanted from me, but that was very annoying.

Very basic and small room. Just enough space to move around. Kind of like a dormitory. Air-conditioning not working, even after complaining nothing done about it. Staff not friendly. Sleepless night due to hot summer. Definitely wouldn't be coming back. Not worth the money. If you do intend to stay here, bring all your necessities because nothing is provided here.

This property is a scam. DO NOT book a stay here. I reserved a stay here in Jan 2024 for a June 2024 stay. Despite it stating at three different places on the Expedia website I would "pay at the property", the hotel charged my card IMMEDIATELY after I clicked reserve. I reached out to the hotel for a refund and they said there are no refunds. I reached out to Expedia and they told me they don't control when a hotel charges me. So why state "pay at property"?!?! I had to filed a dispute with my cc company and fortunately they refunded me the money. You don't want these headaches. AVOID this property at all costs...or it could really cost you $$$!!!
