The room was basic but perfectly nice, clean, cosy and comfortable. The biggest problem however was that I needed to checkin through a custom app. The app wasn't secure - my phone refused to load the webpage (as it detected the site wasn't safe) and then as the app wouldn't work through my internet I was forced to join a public network - this is against my company policy so caused major issues on my phone. Why force people to use an app. Have a ipad termal at the front desk - or some backup paper slips. Or at least make your app meet security requirements.

Dia frio e chuvoso em Viena, em torno de 10º, fiz o check-in à noite, paguei integralmente as 3 diárias e fui conhecer a cidade. Quando retornei para dormir, descobri que o quarto disponibilizado não funcionava o aquecedor nem água quente, e o pior, eles não tinham outro pra substituir, tivemos que dormir no frio e tomar banho gelado. No mínimo deveriam estornar o valor de 1 diária, o que não ocorreu, a situação só foi resolvida no dia seguinte com a troca do quarto. Não voltaria a me hospedar nele.

good cheap stay

shops nearby and 100yards to tube station. Check in was really slow though due to advisor trying to sort out other guests problems,do feel they could have let others check in first as it was quick once i got to the front of the queue

Correct mais très bruyant

Hôtel bien situé (proche métro et 15-20min à pied de l'hypercentre de Vienne) et dans l'ensemble confortable vu le prix. TRÈS gros point noir sur le bruit : l'hôtel donne sur un boulevard très passant et les fenêtres n'isolent que très peu. Impossible de dormir sans bouchons d'oreilles pour notre part (nous habitons en ville et sommes donc relativement habitués au bruit citadin).

Godt hotel til fornuftig pris

Godt hotel, der ligger lidt trukket tilbage fra større vej. Tæt på U-bane, sporvogn og busser. Ca. 3 km til alle steder af interesse i Wien. God morgenmadsbuffet. Enkeltværelse er fornuftig størrelse, dog intet skab, knager eller bøjler til ophængning af tøj.

Solala, für 1 Nacht in Wien weil günstig OK!

Licht ging nicht und ein Handtuch war in der Dachrinne entsorgt - schon länger!!... (Kontrollen werden vermutlich selten gemacht) Lift ging nicht und Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen über bzw. Reinigungen/Reperaturen von Makel (Wände, defekte Waschbecken,....) werden sicher nicht gründlich nachgegangen
