Everything was fine , i just couldn't find a hairdryer but everything else was perfectly fine. I would suggest for everyone who is staying for a couple of days in Vienna

Das Zimmer - anders als auf den Foto dargestellt - war ein 1-Bett-Zimmer mit Dusche/WC. Insgesamt war es sauber und in ruhiger Umgebung gelegen - ein reguläres Wohnhaus in einer ruhigen Seiten/Parallelstrasse. Vermutlich ein ehemals privates Schlafzimmer/Kinderzimmer wurde (ebenso wie die anderen ehemaligen Wohnungs-Räume) nachträglich mit Bad/WC und Pantry Küche zur Vermietung aufgewertet. Hierbei sind im gebuchten Zimmer jedoch, vermutlich baubedingt, einige kleinere Stufen entstanden, zumindest anfangs gab es schmerzhafte Begegnungen mit den relativ spitzen Kanten im Bad. Zudem wirkte der "Ausbau" in Verbindung mit dem ein oder anderen (Küchen-)Schrank im Nachhinein verwinkelt. Mit grossem Koffer wäre hier durchkommen a la "Tetris" - drehen, wenden, heben, hoffen dass es passt. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt praktisch - Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine (nicht benutzt, keine Ahnung ob Kaffeefilter vorhanden waren). Insgesamt wirkte es jedoch abgewohnt - Boden, Türen, Kleiderschränke, Sockelleisten. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist ingesamt gleichermaßen freundlich wie sachlich nüchtern. Jedwede Information per Email - CheckIn Prozedur, CheckOut Prozedur, kostenpflichtige Abholungsmöglichkeiten am Flughafen und weitere kostenpflichtige Services. Hierzu gehören dann auch der mehrmalige Hinweis auf Kosten, vermeidbare Kosten, Zusatzkosten, Strafkosten (Parkverbot im Innenhof) und dergleichen. Freundlich, jedoch kurz vor "nervig".

Das Licht in der Küche, sowie in dem Bad soll best. der Energieersparnis dienen ( Bewegungsmelder) Das Licht in der Küche ging erst an, wenn ich sie wieder verlassen habe, vielleicht bin ich zu klein?? bzw. ging von alleine an und wieder aus, auch mehrmals in der Nacht oder wenn ich kam war es schon an. Der Bew.melder im Bad ging gut an, aber das Licht ging auch aus, wenn man unter der Dusche stand, so stand man im Dunkeln. ansonsten war alles ok

lights in apartment wouldn't work. was dark for many hours. called to get it fixed, they finally came out to fix it when I threatened to cancel the whole reservation. Never received an apology from the owner. very scary area. felt very unsafe for a young woman to walk down unsafe alleys.

Kleines aber feines Apartement in Floridsdorf

Das Apartement war klein aber sehr sauber. Es enthielt alles was ein Selbstversorger so braucht. Kühlschrank, Microwelle, zweiflamiger Herd, Teller, Besteck und sogar eine Pfanne. Es befand sich in der Nähe der Donauinsel wo ich das Donauinselfest besuchte. Gleich in der Nähe befindet sich auch der Bahnhof Florodsdorf wo es einen Supermarkt gibt der jeden Tag (7 Tage) bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Ab 19:00 Uhr gibt es zwar nur Kleinigkeiten aber immerhin. Kabelfernsehen auf einem 24" Monitor. War wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Ich hab es zwar schon erwähnt aber das Apartement war eines der saubersten das ich bei meinen zahlreichen Wienaufenthalten bis jetzt hatte.

Einmal ist Kein mal

Bin bereits zum zweiten mal in der gleichen Unterkunft gewesen. Beim ersten mal war das Zimmer Sauber, für mich zweckmässig, kosten Günstig, super Lage, nahe vom Bahnhof. Beim 2. mal hat wohl die Putzkraft einen schlechten Tag gehabt. Der Boden war nicht oder schlecht gereinigt worden. Fand mehrere kurze und Lange Haare im Bad und im Bett. Ich sage: "Einmal ist Kein mal". Werde sicherlich nochmals dort zurückkehren und es erleben in welche Richtung es gehen wird.

Nette Einrichtung und sehr angenehmer Kontakt

Eigentlich hatte ich ein anderes Apartment gebucht und mit abstand von einem Tag ein anderes, ich bekam den Vorschlag gleich in das zweite einchecken zu können, ohne Mehrkosten wohlgemerkt. Herr Wagner hat alles gut und zuvorkommend erklärt und in einer email zusammengefasst.

진짜 좋아요!

방도 깨끗하고 웬만한건 다 있어요. 며칠 더 있을만큼 좋았어요!! 근처에 마트도 많고 트램도 가까이 있어요 다시 간다면 머물고 싶을정도. 그런데 여기에 표기된 주소를 치고 가는게 아니라 나중에 며칠전에 메일로 여기에 대한 설명이 나오는데 그곳으로 가야합니다!
