The property was OK! Definitely worth it given how expensive everything is in Vienna. I loved the contactless check in and the instructions were very clear, the host was super friendly when I messaged asking how to get to the property from the airport. The property was very warm and you could also regulate it, which I appreciated a lot because some nights were very cold in Vienna. The only thing I was confused about was that there was no proper knife in the kitchenette, only the butter ones; although, they had a working dishwasher and TWO microwaves, which was funny. Also, the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbors’ alarm going off starting 7am every morning..

Great location 3mins walk from a subway station. 20mins rtbe subway to any place in downtown. 5 mins walk to Dunabe river. Full kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher. Super-quiet. Check-in is 3pm srtict. They want a 10 Euro/hr if you want to check in earlier although both rooms next to were emty for 3 days and tbey provided me the code to entry in 2 days. Thats ok if you take an express train CAT from airport there is a free storage locks until midnight where the train arrives to. In my room the AC control was broken seemed a good while ago and they didnt bother fixing it providing a fan. My room was on the top floor under tbe atttic so the fan was useless. And there is no elevator in case you have heavy luggage and get the room on the upper floors- it's a 5-story high condo. It were 96F 3 days straight when i was there so sleeping was like in a sauna. The last night i just tried crowled on a chair up and tried the buttons on the AC itself and it worked so the last night i had slept like a human. So there is good and bad about these appts.

Fui con mi pareja. Buscábamos un apartamento económico que tuviera los servicios básicos, ya que durante el día estaríamos visitando la ciudad y por lo tanto, pasaríamos poco tiempo en el apartamento. Al ser nuestra primera vez que no íbamos a un hotel, nos daba un poco de miedo que el tema de la reserva saliera bien. Una vez haces la reserva, te envían el típico correo diciendo que la habitación esta guardada y todo eso. Y no es hasta 2 días antes de la llegada que mandan otro correo con los pasos a seguir una vez lleguéis al AJO Apartments. Cabe decir que parece bastante difícil (las puertas van con códigos), pero una vez llegas allí y vas siguiendo los pasos resulta más fácil de lo pensado. La habitación que vimos en las fotos no se correspondía con la que nos tocó. Vimos en las fotos que tenía cocina y otros servicios, y al abrir la puerta vimos solo 1 microondas, y utensilios de comida (platos, cubiertos, vasos, y alguna cosa más). Luego había 2 camas separadas (hecho que nos molestó algo más), y finalmente el baño con WC y ducha. Había una mesita con solo 1 silla para comer, y el armario era difícil de abrir con tan poco espacio. Ademas, al no haber ascensor, tuvimos que subir unas 90 escaleras (en la web no recuerdo si pone que hay ascensor). No lo consideramos una experiencia plenamente negativa, pero faltó información por parte del Apartamento. Debería haber alguna persona allí que ofreciera ayuda, te asesorara en cosas sobre la ciudad o transporte.

Es wurde mit keinen Wort erwähnt wie klein das Zimmer ist! Es passten wirklich gerade mal die zwei Betten und ein Schrank in die Kammer. Aber das aller schlimmste, was ich zu heutigen Zeiten nicht gedacht hätte, es gab keinen Kühlschrank! AJO Apartments ist für mich keine Option mehr.

L'appartement était vraiment très sympa. Quand je suis entré dans le bâtiment pour la première fois, j'étais sceptique car le bâtiment a l'air un peu vieux. Cependant, l'appartement en lui-même est vraiment agréable et confortable. La douche avait un léger problème en ce que l'eau s'écoulait de la cabine. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de l'informer, mais je suis sûr qu'ils m'auraient aidé à résoudre le problème.

Peu de services

Très propre, mais nous avons séjourné pour 6 jours et n'avons eu aucun service d'échanges de serviette et rajout de papier de toilettes. Je n'ai pas aimé payé pour 6 jours et recevoir les mêmes services que pour une soirée. Aucun accueil, il n'y a personne sur les lieux, le propriétaire vous accueil par téléphone, nous ne pouvions entrer puisqu'il ne répondait pas, puis après 15 minutes par chance, il a répondu!

Very spacious apartment with all facilities in excellent working condition. Easy connection to city centre. Superstore across the road. Even there is no lift it was easy to access the 4th floor. Very helpful host.

Рад, что воспользовался AJO Apartaments Messe.

Не зная немецкого, боялся, что будет трудное заселение, в итоге все просто, получил письмо с подробными инструкциями, и следуя им все прошло замечательно, Расположен очень удачно, метро рядом, напротив магазин, можно купить продукты, если хочешь готовить в апартаментах, Единственно что не понравилось, это старая кофемашина, и отсутствие чайника, пришлось кипятить воду в кастрюле))) Погода была морозная, но в номере было тепло. Рад, что воспользовался AJO Apartaments Messe.
