"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "The room was spacious and clean, well equipped, and the outdoor terrace very nice, being big enough to sit out on with my family I was travelling with. The bathroom was large and clean, with a separate toilet. All members of staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, a special mention going to Manon. It was ideally located, a short walk to the church and sanctuary and close to all amenities."

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
