Una y no más. Mucho frío , sabanas huele a viejo baño una persona normal en la ducha no entra. y ya para terminar y “recordar el sitio” , compre por Expedia un precio de habitación,y por haberle dicho que me pusiese una buena habitación… mi sorpresa , sin avisar , nos cobra 30 euros más.Esto es denunciable. Esto no nos ha pasado en ningún hotel en mis 20 años. INDIGNADA !!!

Edificio muy viejo. Habitación limpia. Baño muy viejo con bañera demasiado alta. Colchón demasiado blando, imposible de dormir cómodamente. Restaurante sólo bajo reserva y sólo de comida asiática. Desayuno muy caro, 15 euros. Aceptable sólo para una noche, no más. Bien decorado en general y con gusto. Bar tipo cervecería con todo tipo de cervezas, con mucha variedad. Se escuchan todos los ruidos de la carretera que está al lado

Muy buen servicio pero con paredes finas

El sitio està muy bien situado, muy limpio, i bien decorado. El servicio de la propietaria Cristina, un encanto de mujer. Lo que nos fallo a nosotros fue los ruidos de la caldera y de el desague que los teniamos encima de la habitacion y se oian muy fuerte. Paredes muy finas.

He ido con mi familia animado por los comentarios positivos de otros huespedes pero nada que ver con la realidad. La verdad es que la atención de Cris y Roc es inmejorable, el desayuno muy bueno, pero lo que es el hotel, está por debajo de la media. Dificil acceso a las habitaciones a traves de escaleras estrechas e incomodas, habitación muy pequeña y sobria, eso si con buena calefacción y agua caliente. En resumen, aunque han sido majisimos, no volveremos, no nos hemos sentido nada cómodos.

Restaurante imprescindible

Un sitio más que recomendable. El alojamiento es modesto, pero la limpieza, la decoración y la atención personal y amabilísima de Cris superan cualquier pega. El desayuno es magnífico, y la oferta gastronómica debería ser un must para los que visitan el Vall d'Aran. Al principio suena raro que en un establecimiento tan modesto te ofrezcan comida asiática, pero el resultado es espectacular. Alguien podría pensar que es relativamente caro, pero sinceramente, el precio está a la altura de los productos que ofrecen, de cuatro noches que estuvimos hospedados nos quedamos a cenar tres, y cada cena superó a la anterior. De los mochis cualquier palabra está de más, ¡probadlos! Por poner una única pega, el desayuno es un poco tardío si quieres subir temprano a esquiar, pero cuesta saltárselo de lo bueno que está.

Hotel sin alardes, a buen precio y gran servicio

Buen hotel sin grandes pretensiones pero a un buen precio, el personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno. La cama un poco ya desgastada y las habitaciones poco insonorizadas y se oía todo de una habitación a otra. En general, es una buena opción para una o dos noches.

Petit hôtel sympa et propre

Nous avons passé deux jours dans cet établissement ,accueil très sympa, bière fait maison, hôtel décoré avec goût, on y mange extrêmement bien, le petit déj est copieux et très bien présenté. Une seule critique que je pourrais faire ce serait les finitions dans la chambre et les sanitaires mais l'hôtel reste un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service

My family of five rented two rooms for five nights. The price was right and the location very convenient to drive to the ski area. Roc and Chris are amazing owners and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The on site restaurant has amazing food! The breakfast was also excellent and prepared every morning for us perfectly. The craft beer bar is an awesome plus. The hotel had a cozy fireplace room where we enjoyed relaxing with a craft brew after a long day skiing. I cannot say enough about how nice the owners are. We will definitly return again for our next ski vacation in the Pyrenees. I highly recommend this hotel.
