「I enjoyed the customer service by my host, Warren. He was so accommodating to my needs and questions. This was far better than a corporate chain of hotels. From the time I checked in to my last day, he had a great smile, the staff had impeccable service. He even made sure I had hot breakfast before my early safari tour! I would recommend this place to book whenever you are in Johannesburg, South Africa. I will be booking here again in the future! 😊」

「The trip was good enough for a good price. It was clean enough and the environment was fine.
Just that we did not get house keeping unfortunately and we did not recieve extra towels.
The shower as well was a bit bad, water did not come out right but overall it was great. 」
「The overall experience was just okay… upon arrival we didn’t get much help because we paid online so that was a problem for them and so we had to wait, the rooms were clean nothing too exciting, we also had to ask for toiletries cause the room wasn’t prepared for us and the dstv wasn’t paid for.」
