Amazing location. Staff were really lovely on front desk and at the restaurant. Loved having the personalised teas (of exceptional quality). The free bus pass was so helpful and made visiting certain sites easier. The car park options were plentiful.

I am very disappointed with our stay here. The price was outrageous (over $700/night) for a room smaller than my kitchen. There were zero room amenities. No air conditioning, no fridge, no microwave. The room was so small that our suitcases didn’t even fit. We had them in the aisles on the sides of our bed. We stayed in 10 hotels during this trip and this was by far the worst value for the money.
