Very nice 2 night/3 day stay. We took the ferry over from Seattle, and good location to walk from pier and also for walking all of downtown area. Clear communications with owner and all went well with our comfortable family stay with 2 adult couples.

There was a couple glitches- host reported vrbo calendar glitch so unfortunately for us, check in was delayed. Also, black out blinds in master bedroom had just broken with the last guest and host unable to fix for our 3 night stay. Exterior door handle also broken. Host was apologetic. Unfortunately for us- there was not enough time to rectify for our stay. Location is excellent- walking distance to many shops and restaurants. After housekeeping had finished, the condo was very clean.

This amazing apartment was the perfect spot for our 4 night stay in Victoria. We were 2 couples and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. If you are 6 it will be cozy but doable. Small kitchen but very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect! We were a short walk to the touristy spots and close to fun neighborhoods and parks. We sure hope this apartment is available next time we plan a trip to this wonderful city.

This condo was super convenient to everything. It was cute, neat and clean. Perfect for the four of us. It also had a nice little work out room that we utilized each day. It is not large but we did not expect that being downtown. I was there with my husband and another couple. There were enough dishes to feed an army...very well stocked kitchen! The only ding(but not a big deal) was that the second bedroom was pretty dark. It could use a stronger lamp. We had a perfect stay here and would highly recommend.

This is a truly exceptional property and host! This location is perfect for getting to everything in Victoria! The condo is immaculate and the building is very secure. The host is kind, professional and very responsive. We will be back and hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again!

Great 2 bedroom condo

Our family of four had a lot of room in this well appointed 2 bedroom condo. The Falls is centrally located for walking and with a secure parking spot, it was easy to come and go by car to farther away locations. We needed to contact our host about the heat pump and she had a repair company there within a couple hours after it was determined it needed a part replaced. We hope to stay there on any future trips.

Victoria getaway

4 adults enjoyed our stay in Victoria. Walking distance to almost everything we did. Weather was amazing and our accommodations were great to view the Paliament buildings against the blue sky. Thanks Barbara!

Truly an Oasis

The owner Barbara, was such a lovely host. Quick to respond to any questions prior & during our visit. Very easy to navigate upon arrival. Having parking included is such a plus as we rented a car for 1 day to visit Buchard gardens & make the costal drive. My brother & mother and i visited Victoria for 3 nights & really enjoyed our stay. Home is set up with all the amenities & top of the line appliances. Very clean home w/ super comfortable beds & couch. The location is absolutely spectacular with Starbucks right across the street if you don't use french press or high end coffee maker. We would definitely stay here again & would certainly recommend to anyone. thank you, barabara for a lovely vacation home!!

This condo was perfect for us. The location near the Empress Hotel made everything we needed within walking distance, including buses to Butchart Gardens and the ferry terminal. The condo was spotless and equipped with everything that was required. Barbara was a very responsive host and our whole experience was wonderful!

Perfect location

Great location for our girl's annual stay in Victoria for easy walks to restaurants and attractions. Very secure building and nice to have air conditioning in summer. Fully equipped kitchen if needed. The beds were on the soft side for us and no full length mirror. The lighting in the 2nd bathroom is needed for older eyes. The host was responsive to an issue with the dryer/linens altho it did not help us during our stay. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if the issues identified are remediated.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great books and board games. The view from the front windows was very nice. Could see the Parliament building and the back of the Empress. We walked everywhere and it is conveniently located for those just walking on the ferry.

Perfect condo and location

We stayed in this amazing Condo for a week in Victoria. I can’t imagine a better location in the city. We walked a very short distance for breakfast every morning at Cora’s. ( great breakfast spot ). So many walkable restaurants and things to see even for this 71 year old to walk to. Gorgeous views from the wrap around windows in the living area. Nice little Balcony.. if we return to Victoria we will definitely try to book either this or her other condo in the same building. Parking in Victoria is scarce so having a private reserved spot in the parking garage below was very important to us. Had everything you could need provided. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Definitely worth the money.
