    Welcome to Eagle's house! this is a rental room in a house, the house located in a garden community. We offer bedroom with comfortable queen size bed and private washroom for you to have a great sleep and recharge your energy and enjoy all Victoria has to offer.
    Excellent location: 1) Butchart Garden 15 mins dr. 2) Airport 15 mins dr. 3) Ferry 20 mins dr. 4) Downtown 18 mins dr., 5 buses. 5) Elk Lake 5 mins walk, suitable for hiking, rowing, fishing, and swimming. 6) Cordova Bay Golf 10 mins driving, 9/18-hole courses.

A really nice spacious bedroom with wonderful king bed, comfy mattress and linens. Spacious ensuite bathroom. Lovely neighbourhood. I recommend this accommodation whole heartedly.

Nice room, really enjoyed having the access to the back patio. Host was lovely. Quiet area, outside of the city but very convenient to get downtown.

the house is located in a beautiful part of Victoria.. many old growth trees, and very quiet. We enjoyed our drive down to Cordova Bay and scenic walk on the beach there.. the Kitchen was easy to use, we had our own shelf in the fridge.. I would definitely stay there again.

L’emplacement était agréable mais je n’étais pas au courant que j’habitais avec les hôtes!!! La communication était plus difficile à cause de la langue et les infos pour accéder à la résidence envoyées à la dernière minute! on montrait une cuisine complète mais c’est celle des hôtes !

Nice bathroom. There is a fireplace, but not AC and no tv. You do have to remove your shoes and wear their shoes in the house, which my husband found odd, but other than that, it was fine.

Nice property in Cordova Bay area - close to the #17 highway and good for quick access to other parts of Victoria. Room is large and bathroom is a good size. Bed was comfortable and shower was great!. We had access to the kitchen and a shelf for our food in the fridge. Host was quiet/pleasant. There are 3 units in the house. Parking was decent on the street if the driveway was already occupied. On the 2nd night we were able to charge our car.

Very comfortable room with a large bathroom. Very quiet. The host was very helpful and responsive. On arrival the room did not have towels or sheets but that was remedied quickly. If booked on Expedia make sure that the booking is communicated to VIRBO. I would recommend this place for a couple.

The host is friendly. The room was nice, but the discription of the place was misleading. It was a only the room and large bathroom. Everything is shared, no tv in the bedroom.

From start to finish, our stay was incredibly smooth and effortless. The host was exceptionally friendly, always prompt, and incredibly helpful with every question we had. The house is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood, offering easy access to both the nearby lake and beach. We especially appreciated how clean and tidy the room and the entire house were. A huge hats off to the host for maintaining such a neat and organized place! We made good use of the kitchen, which was very clean and offered plenty of space for cooking and making coffee. We will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

The home is listed as whole home with your party but you do share it with another individual if its been also rented out. The rooms were clean, no buildup in the bathroom. No issues. Staff. Texting was fine but communication with the individual cleaning had a language barrier. I can't say much for the kitchen as I didn't stay long enough. Parking, It mentions to park in front of the chairs but you should park at an angle so you don't get blocked in like I was. Outside the minor of issues, it was good.
