About this space Welcome to our cozy home nestled in the serene neighborhood of Colwood, Victoria, BC. Our 3-bedroom upper guest suite offers a comfortable stay close to many amenities. The suite features one king size bed and two queen size beds each offering generous closet space. Also included is a large working area perfect for professionals needing space for work. The suite also features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, an inviting living area with a 75 inch smart TV and fast WIFI, a private balcony to lounge and back yard patio area perfect for BBQs with views of the surrounding nature. For your safety, the home is monitored by a 24 hour security system of the exterior of the home.
The home is a 15 minute drive to Victoria, 20 minute drive to Sooke, 25 to 30 minute drive to Shawnigan Lake. Explore nearby beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, local attractions, diverse dining and many outdoor activities near by. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, our upper guest suite is the perfect home base for your Vancouver Island experience.

1) Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 11am. Please adhere to this time unless prior arrangements have been made with the host.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.
3) Pets
Unfortunately we do not allow for pets on the property.
4) Parties and Events
No parties or events allowed unless there has been prior approval by the host. Please be considerate to our neighbours and keep noise levels down after 11pm.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests unless otherwise arranged and approved by host. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight and no guests not listed on agreement may occupy.
6) Respect for Neighbours
Please respect our neighbour’s privacy and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11pm and 7am.
7) Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay, please report any issues to the host as soon as possible.
8) Cleanliness
We take pride in providing a clean and tidy space. Upon arrival please report any damages or concerns related to the property to the host.
9) Appliances and Utilities
Please use all appliances and utilities responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not in use. Wood burning stove is not permitted for use at any time.
10) Security and Safety
For your safety and security the outside premises of the property is monitored by a third party company 24/7. However, please lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not disclose the lock code to anyone outside of your group.

One secure parking available on right hand side of property when turning in. Lots of street parking available directly in front of property or across the street of property

This lovely home is warm inviting and really clean. We appreciate it our time here found it to be a lovely location not too far from Park mall and tourist stuff. I highly recommend this home for your next Victoria stay!
We came in to Victoria for a long weekend with our family for the Victoria Marathon and had the most lovely stay. Close to the city with great parks, stores and restaurants close by. We had the best time exploring the area and our hosts were incredibly gracious and kind. The home was immaculately kept and had everything we needed and more. We will be back again!
This property was the nicest and best thought-out VRBO rental that I have ever stayed in. The communication with the owners was exceptional and they went out of their way to help us out. The home was immaculate and well designed with very comfortable accommodations and homey touches. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the linen closet and bathroom accessories. The outdoor spaces were lovely and it truly felt like you were in your own little world when you were outside. It was close to stores to pick up necessities and the owners even have loyalty cards to help with some savings. I couldn't recommend this rental enough and would absolutely stay here again- and would even consider it for a long term rental. Thank you for a lovely stay in beautiful Victoria!
Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. They really made our stay a wonderful experience. The accommodation was excellent. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. It was very clean and with extra linens and blankets, if needed. Soap, shampoo, etc. also provided. Very much appreciated the security code access, rather than having to, hopefully, not lose the key. It was a good, quiet location, about 20 minutes from downtown Victoria, and 20 minutes or less to good walking/hiking locations. Close to shopping centres, with several options for restaurants and fast food outlets.
Beautiful home! Great and comfortable bedding! Fantastic kitchen! And Randy was a fabulous host with terrific communication! We would definitely stay again!!
We immediately felt at home. Clean, well stalked, lovely! Perfectly located between everything we wanted to do. Owners were very accommodating and kind. They thought of everything. We really enjoyed working with them. We hope to go back there again!

Everything was great, we would recommend turning on the heat in advance of guest arrival as the first night it was freezing cold. Once heat was turned on the next morning and the house warmed up it was much better.
