On the plus side, it's a beautifully situated property, very nicely decorated, with tasty breakfast and good, caring service with a smile. On the minus side, there is no noise insulation in the room at all, you will get very loud environmental noises leech into the room from outside all day and night. Luckily I brought earplugs so I wasn't bothered that much. There was a good amount of spider webs around the A/C and one live but small roach on the towel rack. Overall it was a pleasant stay,...

Comfortable Stay with Amazing Views and Outstanding Service in Kandy We had a wonderful stay at Summit Hotel in Kandy. The decor all throughout the property has been thoughtfully put together. The room was lovely and very spacious, with an amazing view that made the stay extra special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — Pradeep and the rest of the team truly went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The newly installed Starlink WiFi worked perfectly...

Ayaana Boutique Hotel

I absolutely loved this place! My family and I stayed here for two nights while we were in Sri Lanka for our winter vacation. Prior to our arrival, the owner of the hotel contacted me, and asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. He was able to arrange a fantastic tour and driver for our entire 11 day stay in the country! The staff at Ayaana itself is so welcoming, hospitable, and kind. They answered all of our questions about the city. They also provided...

Besides the long steps up to our room, this was a very pleasant stay for my sisters and I. The owner was very nice and welcomed us. The property has such a beautiful view. The property itself is very cozy sitting on a hill. Every morning breakfast is served, fresh eggs, delicious toast, juice and tea. The owner's son was very friendly and engaged in a fun conversation in our room, very nice family. We stayed in the apartment that made us feel right at home. Thankyou for the great hospitality! Just an excellent, excellent stay from start to finish in this historic Colonial building. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the team really just was top notch and really cared about quality of food. The loft was a hit with the kids and the fine correction of loose tea was very much appreciated. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary, but would have loved to have stayed longer. The kids dipped their legs in the pool, but also didn't have the chance to swim due to time constraints....
