"We loved our room and the property, the team was fabulous. We had breakfast one morning and it was delicious, the lady that waited on us was attentive and charming.. The property was quiet and inviting. It's hard to find a hotel with a good bed and even better shower, and this one knocked it out of the park. We didn't want to leave the shower was so amazing.
Our only "issue" was that our room had a distinct smell of staleness and moth balls. It just was not the most inviting smell when returning to our room after a wonderful day of exploring, otherwise our stay was delightful."

"I LOVE San Sebastián. The hotel's restaraurant and the staff, from the front desk, to the bellmen, to the restaurant were OUTSTANDING! Helpful, kind, and proud of their city.
Two shortcomings, the Hotel's "gym" was below ground, and smelled it. It was small, and very humid and warm.
My loft room had a greatv view of the cathedral, but the window was tiny, and no balcony, which I had requested. "
