Beautiful location in a friendly town and close to both a train stop and bus stop. You do have to walk uphill to the location but it's worth the work. Our host was friendly and helpful and they was a very sweet lady who came and made breakfast in the morning. Would absolutely come back.

Charming place to stay! Very spacious rooms and beautiful views from the windows, especially at night to watch sunset. Provided home made breakfast and delicious coffee was a big plus. Location is very convenient, train and bus station within 5-7 min walk. The owner was very helpful and very friendly in giving assistance during the whole stay! Thank you very much, we had wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. No good instructions provided at arrival and did not see him at the hotel at any other day during our 6 day stay. Did not answer questions or answers did not answer questions. It will help to have written information posted around like rules, directions to beach, etc. Also will be nice to provide water, tea, and cups at all times. Some days there was a kettle but no tea bags or cups, sometimes tea bags but no kettle and never cups. In general better customer service is needed.

The room is clean and the decoration is modern however there is no sign of the hotel or name and number of the street. We stopped outside for 40 mins and called the host and facetime to get direction to the gate which is locked. It is a big confusion for first timer in sorrento.
