The room was extremely clean and the management were so helpful in organising public transport. We paid the maid to take us to the train station because we couldn’t get a taxi. They organised this. There was a good range of food for breakfast and we could see the seas and Vesuvius from our bedroom window. You have to walk up a hill to get to the train station and then you can get to Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii

The Palazzo Murano is a jewel in the shoreline part of Vico Equense. Situated opposite Vico Mare (the main pier), and nestled in the nook of the mountain, the rooms are fabulous; pretty, modern, clean, and comfortable. The linens were clean, and the towels were fluffy and clean. Compared to bigger cities, the lower part of Vico Equense is quiet with just the right mixture of nearby restaurants, pizza shops, gelato shops, and convenient transportation. The hotelier, Alphonse, is a marvelous host, providing transportation for us each of three days, with several drivers, at less than Uber rates. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. My wife and I highly recommend Palazzo Murrano, and Alphonse!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean, the breakfast offered was very good. Alphonso and Giuseppe were always willing to assist us with local directions and offering advice on local tours. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Vico Equense area. It sits right on the sea and the view is spectacular.

A cute lil boutique hotel in a small seaside town. The staff was amazing and gave great recommendations and overall service. It was clean and quiet. The room felt a lil sparse and could use some redecorating to maximize the space and needed an upgrade, in terms of the furniture. The bathroom was big, the shower was awesome and loved the vibe lights, but needed more counter space. We’d have liked a bigger tv. It was very small and placed off to the side of the room. The balcony was beautiful and we loved our sea view! The breakfast buffet was decent, mostly pastries. Transportation in the area was difficult but the staff was helpful with the trains and bus routes. Overall, a great stay.

Enjoyed a fabulous stay at Palazzo Murrano. Room was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. One particular member of staff went far beyond the call of duty Alfonso, what a guy! He arranged the most fantastic trip for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We would definitely love to return at some point.

La chose la plus formidable de cette endroit c’est le service, le manager Alfonso fait tout son possible pour que vous ayez un séjour incroyable , il a même acheté un gâteau de fête pour ma femme. Si vous avez des demandes Alfonso sera là pour vous. Ce fût une lune de miel formidable merci Alfonso.

We had a lovely stay. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with modern furnishing, well equipped kitchen, clean and well maintained. There was no parking on site so we had to park at the St Antonio camp site a few hundred meters away. Not too much of an issue. Unfortunately, the sea was too rough to swim during our stay. The location was good as Seiano is much quieter and Vico Equense is a short hike uphill (uneven stone steps). Sorrento is around a 30min drive during the peak summer season and I don’t recommend Positano unless you’re willing to head out very early and battle for very limited parking spots!

Struttura molto carina con la disponibilità del servizio spiaggia (una bellissima piattaforma di lusso che ti fa sembrare di stare in barca in mezzo al mare), colazione varia ed ottima (la caprese al limone era buonissima). Il parcheggio convenzionato è a pochi metri dell'Hotel in un campeggio. Di fronte all'hotel c'è anche il capolinea dell'autobus che vi porta al centro di Vico Equense ed alla stazione della circunvesuviana. Qualche difetto: - Le camere al primo piano (la mia), sono proprio sulla strada ed un pò rumorose, la mattina presto si crea un pò di casino con le persone che prendono le barche che hanno ormeggiato, però se sei chiuso con l'aria condizionata non senti niente. - Un Hotel di questo livello che ti dà il Telo Mare, lettini e ciabatte monouso in camera potrebbe anche permettersi di non chiedere 7€ per l'ombrellone, a volte ci si perde nei particolari. Nel complesso il mio giudizio è molto positivo e ci tornerei

Don’t overlook this place. It’s amazing!

Wow! All I can say is wow! Palazzo Murrano in Vico Equense is a charming boutique adult‑only retreat, beautifully perched on the marina with private beach access and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. The rooms are stylish, spacious, impeccably clean, and feature comfortable beds, rainfall showers, and soundproofing. Mornings begin on the sun‑drenched rooftop with fresh pastries and excellent coffee The attentive, warm staff—especially Alfonso—go above and beyond to arrange excursions, rentals, and personalized service. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. They make you feel at home and like your part of the family. The front desk staff very helpful and Alfonso is super great with giving tips on things to do in your stay. Francesco is great with giving advice where to eat or what to do in the night. The view is amazing and super clean hotel. Breakfast is great also the ladies cook really good, they give you a lot of options to pick for breakfast. They make a great coffee everything was excellent. 10/10. The staff make sure your safe getting to the hotel and going to the airport.

This is a fabulous place to stay. We stayed in the apartment Murrano White… a 2 bed beautiful place just located at the rear of the hotel. Alfonso and Guiseppe were both superbly helpful in welcoming us , sorting excursions and also airport transfer. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel it was spectacular .

These guys have become my family. They are the best!! This is my second time amongst my now annual yearly trips there. I highly recommend you stay here if you visit the Amalfi coast and definitely look no further. From their hospitality to their views, you won’t be disappointed, trust me. They are in the perfect location and lots of amenities in and around the property. Restaurants right outside the door, boat rides to any destination along the Amalfi cost, beaches and clubs, easy to get to the train for transport, literally everything!! Alfonso, their concierge, is amazing and I can’t stress it enough! He helps you and directs you to all the right places in the Amalfi and is very knowledgeable. Nella (my Nella Bella) their chef, is an amazing cook and baker! She’s such a doll and takes good care of you to make sure you start your mornings off right! Francesco, Giuseppe and all of their staff is just amazing and go above and beyond for you! I love them and you will too! La familia Palazzo Murrano, ciao for now! ❤️

We are incredibly grateful that we had the chance to stay at the Plazzo Murano in Vico Equense. The fantastic kitchen staff that always called me “lady” haha and manager Alfonso were phenomenal. Alfonso was so incredibly kind to us and helped us in any way possible from booking taxis for our early morning flight to helping us to book an extended stay due to LOVING the town of vico. Our room cleaning staff was fantastic the ladies are so sweet. This was most definitely the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Thank you so much to all at Plazzo Murano.
