"I booked this hotel as it had a bar and restaurant. We arrived late and needed food. We were told the restaurant was privately booked so we weren’t allowed in there. I asked if we could get food to our room and they bluntly said no. The rooms look like girl guide cabins and if things couldn’t get worse, a load of kids stayed next door on a school sports trip and made so much noise I couldn’t sleep. Absolutely avoid this place and look closer to Gothenburg "

"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. "The good: * Great breakfast buffet * Really fun hotel * Very clean * Very friendly and helpful staff * Easy access to the park * Trams right outside the hotel quickly get you to most places you'd want to visit within minutes The "to be improved": * The check in was confusing. I messaged the property before my stay aboutate checkout and confirmed the timings yet the staff had no recollection of it and said they don't do it. When I asked someone else I got slightly conflicting advice * The dinner buffet in the restaurant was comically bad (I don't know if it was because it was a quiet evening or something but terrible!). Swedish meatballs with no sauce? Nachos with no cheese!??? * Sheets in our bedroom were not changed unless we specifically requested it, and cups were not changed either * They suddenly stopped giving complimentary guest passes to the park, which was news to us when we arrived "
