Vriendelijk onthaal

Review for stay from 12 June 2023 to 23 June 2023

What a wonderful Tuscany experience

The property is a storybook-like treasure. It is rich in ambience and character. The house is warm and cozy. The property in location is ideal and situated next to a waterfall and a creek. It is peaceful and pleasant and building fires in the fireplace it was a delight. The owner, Maurizio and his property manager on site were truly delightful. They were helpful in every way. If you are looking for a non-touristy way to spend time in the Tuscan Hills, this is the vacation for you. Our stay here exceeded our wildest expectations.

Freundliche Gastgeber, sehr schöne Umgebung. Haus ist für die warme Jahreszeit geeignet. Küchenausstattung eher mager.

Review for stay from 28 July 2019 to 06 August 2019

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Ripresa and were made to feel very much at home by the owner, Maurizio. Despite our extremely late arrival due to our flight, he came to greet us and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The accommodation itself is full of character and the location peaceful. The surrounding countryside is stunning and the nearby town of Vicchio has some great restaurants. This is a great location for anyone that wants to experience the untouched Tuscany. We will undoubtedly return.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is really very nice. The owner extremely friendly and cares well. The garden is beautiful and well kept. The house is only suitable to a limited extent in colder temperatures because it is quite drafty. The heating costs are accordingly very high, if you do not pay attention, it can be a nasty surprise at the end of the vacation. The entrance is a bit narrow and unsuitable for very large cars. BMW 3 Series only had a few cm of air ...
