"Keep the pool open 24/7. Have someone at the receptionist desk all the time. Nobody answers the phone when you call. I tried contacting someone prior to arriving and no one answered me. Their fans to keep the room cool were terrible. Might as well not have one for each room. My family and I were horribly hot the entire time we stayed. Maybe don’t advertise Air Conditioning. Felt like I got scammed."

"Nice big room with great view over Place de la Republique. Close to train station and easy walk to city center. Only problem was the plumbing. The shower had no door so we couldn't help but make a lake on the floor. Also, the shower valve was sticky and so many people had tried to force it, the whole piping system moved up and down in the wall. Anyway, if those issues are addressed, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"Lovely traditional hotel with modernised rooms in the heart of old part of Nancy. Spotless room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Great location near shops, cafes and restaurants. Very quiet as this is a mostly pedestrian area. You can easily park at end of Rue de Guise to unload and check in and then move to car park nearby. "
