I had a difficult time writing this review because I felt that our experience here my be just a one-off; but this is what I'd tell a friend. It is our personal experience, notwithstanding very positive reviews.
My wife and I stayed five nights. Overall, an okay experience. Anne and her son were responsive. Parking was convenient, safe, and made for an easy in and out of the town to visit surrounding villages. But the apartment felt like beach house that was just opened after a long winter. There was only one adapter for appliances that need a ground, like refrigerator, iron, washing, machine, hair dryer, etc. (But Anne's son promptly brought a few extra.) One bathroom had a fair amount of mold on the window pane and sill, and my wife felt the apartment hadn't been properly cleaned. Also, my wife disliked using the tub because it was slippery and the shower because of the mold. The internet reception was mediocre requiring that I connect my laptop directly to the router with a cable.
All in all, if you need the room and the beach and nightlife are the main attractions for you, this is probably a very good place to stay.
