    Wide enjoyable, airy spaces with front garden, side terrace and a nice roof terrace.

This old, cleverly converted and modernised house has great character and charm. Its three main bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping accommodation for 6 people. There is plenty of space for eating and socialising in the split level dining and living rooms areas.

Gorgeous stay near Italian coast

Fabulous stay at the villa, very welcoming host & beautiful house, so close to train station and coast, easily access shops etc so a great location. Would highly recommend & definitely coming back to Italy!

Very nice, spacious house, close to the Beach and a shadowy park just across the street. Gloria was a very caring and amazing host, very well reachable when we had a question. Viareggio is a wonderful spot for happy Beach holidays and at the same time train Connection to Firenze, Pisa or Lucca is very fast and comfortable.

Perfect Location

Gloria was a great host. She responded promptly to issues. The house is in an ideal location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The many levels and stairs were a bit of a challenge.

We had a great stay in the heart of Viareggio. The house is right next to the park, a couple of blocks from many “Bagnos” right at the beach. The house is a split level townhouse with many stairs and unique architecture. The kitchen contains all you need to cook with spices and dishes all available. There were even some goodie’s on the table and in the fridge. Gloria is available if or whenever needed and she can give all the information about the town.

Wonderful stay for home base into Cinque Terre, Pisa and Tuscany.

Loved our stay. What a unique home. Gloria was so kind and gracious. Home was in an older historic building, which was very well kept and well appointed. Felt like I was traveling back in time, in a good way. A fun quirky vibe and decor. Building locks with those old skeleton keys. So fun. Such a good location, central to town. Beach walkable in 5 minutes. Would stay again! Thank you Gloria! A wonderful stay.

Great location

Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small for older children & the stairs might be a problem for people with mobility issues or very young children. Overall we had a fantastic time, thanks Gloria!

Large, perfectly located house that is full of character

7 of us stayed in the house for a week (5 adults and 2 young children) and we had a wonderful holiday in Viareggio. - Gloria was an excellent host: she replied quickly to messages before the trip (both via vrbo and text message) and she really exceeded her role by providing urgent assistance when one of our party was unwell (grazie mille, Gloria!). - the house is huge (4 floors, and lots of stairs), well-equipped (kitchen etc), and was very clean on arrival, with 3 bathrooms being very useful for such a big party. - the location was absolutely perfect for us, as it was both a short walk to the lungomare and to the park, both of which were great for the kids. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby too. - we were there in mid-june so it was not yet super hot, and the air conditioning worked well for us. - the house is excellent for families and would maybe be even better for a large party of friends with no children, though one of the rooms can only accommodate one. - overall, fantastic place and we would be delighted to stay there again!

Lovely house

This is a very unique house with lots of stairs. The courtyard is beautiful and we really enjoyed eating a few meal there. Gloria was very sweet and helpful.

Great property and location

While we ended up staying in Viareggio during the hottest summer on record, we still had a great time. The air conditioners went out on day 1, but Gloria arrived the next day with a technician and took care of the problem immediately. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice house

Really nice. Only thing was the pictures on the site make it look like the bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms. They are not. Very manageable though. Gloria was wonderful. Had a hot water issue the first day and it was fixed the next day.

Der Parkplatz ist/war ein großes Problem!Rundherum kaum Parkmöglichkeit.Die „blaue“ Zone ist kostenpflichtig, aber auch hier immer alles vollgeparkt!Das sollte unbedingt in die Beschreibung mit hinein, denn dirt steht „Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden“, was uwar grundsätzlich stimmt, aber praktisch nicht!Das Haus selbst ist entzückend aner auchnalt.Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen.Die Aufteilung ist „spannend“.Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern funktionierten gut.Die Küche mit angrenzendem Essbereich ist super.Die Nähe zum Strand (350m nicht 100m!) ist sehr gut und die Hegend auch ansprechend.Gloria war zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit!Ich kann das Haus jedem sehr empfehlen, der etwas entspannt ist…

Außergweöhnliches Haus mit Stil. Lage sehr gut (Supermärkte, Strand, großer Park) jedoch nach Jahreszeit schwierige Parkplatzsituation. Kommunikation mit Gloria nur in ital. Eine Mappe mit kurzen Erklärungen bez. Müll, Parken (nur blaue Zone) in engl. und evtl deutsch wäre hilfreich. Betten und Matratzen neu und sauber. Von den vielen Lampen waren 5 defekt (nicht nur Leuchtmittel). Durch das dunkle Holz ist Licht extrem wichtig. Es fehlten einige Dinge der Ausstattung: Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Whirlpool??). Durch die vielen Treppen nicht für Gehbehinderte und kleine Kinder geeignet. Die Couch am Kamin hat bessere Tage gesehen. Kleiner Garten zum Sitzen für 6 mit Grill. Fenster haben keinen Moskitoschutz.Am Glastisch kann man eigentlich nicht sitzen. Ein paar Erneuerungen und ma kann es als sehr ut einstufen.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage

Gloria ist eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist toll, super Lage zum Wäldchen ( für den Hund) und zum Strand. Supermarkt und Bäcker auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus hat wirklich sehr viele Stufen. Die Betten waren super frisch bezogen, saubere Handtücher gab es ausreichend. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen funktionieren sehr gut. Küche, Sofa und Bäder sollten jedoch renoviert werden.
