"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."

"We have a very pleasant stay at the Moxy Utrecht. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well located, directly across from a train and tram station, with convenient bicycle parking nearby. It is only a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Utrecht while staying in a quieter area. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, and despite the excellent transportation connections, the rooms were quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the coffee was very good. I also appreciated having a coffee maker and kettle in the room. One of the highlights of the hotel was the lively and welcoming lobby atmosphere, which made it a great place to relax or work. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, Moxy Utrecht offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and value. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Utrecht."
