The farm comfortably accomodates up to 10 guests in 5 elegantly furnished rooms, decorated in a typical rustic farmhouse style. The rooms are equipped with 2 queen beds, 4 single beds, and 1 luxurious king bed. The house also features 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet. There is a large living room with a fireplace for cold days and a games room.

The property boasts an outdoor living space with a vast, verdant garden, ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation. A highlight is the large outdoor pool. Despite the dense fruit trees that ensure privacy and a shielded view, the essence of nature permeates the environment.

To ensure the leisure of our guests, the farm has an indoor game room equipped with a pool table, foosball, and a card table, in addition to a chess table in the living room and various board games. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool or organize a barbecue in the exclusive outdoor space, perfect for dining with friends and family. Stroll or relax by the gentle stream that crosses the property, or pick seasonal fresh fruit directly from the numerous fruit trees scattered across the land.
The location is just 12 km from the center of Viana do Castelo and 8.7 km from Cabedelo Beach, renowned for excellent conditions for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and surfing. The property is conveniently located 2.10 km from the Rio Lima, 15 km from Parque de Valinhas, and close to essential services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, and health facilities.

During the high season (May to October), the pool is regularly maintained to ensure an impeccable experience for guests. In the low season (November to April), the pool may be closed, subject to confirmation with our team.
During your stay, regular garden and pool maintenance may take place. These interventions are important to ensure that all equipment remains clean, functional, and safe to use.
