Vian rental

Pretty house between Vian and lake Tenkiller. Set back off the road in a wooded area. Peaceful and quiet. Perfect location for our needs. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (3 adults and 2 teens). Took advantage of the deck and grill. Pretty views overlooking the valley. Spare bedrooms would benefit from a couple of extra pillows but otherwise no complaints. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

2 day weekend lake trip

My experience at Whitleys and Coopers sweet retreat was amazing! This place exceeded all of our expectations. The host was very accommodating by letting me check in at a specific time i needed. She was very helpful with all the questions i had as well. The views were stunning. My friend and i got up to watch the sunrise on the back patio with our coffee and it was so beautiful to watch. The area itself was so peaceful, no close neighbors and it was very secluded and private. Lake Tenkiller is only 10 minutes away so we got the privacy and still close to the water. The online pictures don’t do this place justice we walked in and it was so much prettier in person. We all loved the tall ceilings, the kitchen was huge, and the master bedroom was so spacious. The AC worked really good too! After the lake this was the perfect place to crash after a long hot day. No complaints, Thank you for a great experience!

Great escape

Overall the property was great. The one down side was the amount of flies we encountered in the house for early February it wasnt horrific just weird for that time of year. Byt it was a great time definitely want to come back.

Nice place with concerns

The house was really nice and worked out great for our trip. Plenty of space and easy to check in and out. Communication with the owner was good. It may be near (a mile or two away from) Tenkiller Lake, but it does not have water access. We only had two concerns. Some of the doors don't fit their frames very well, including one of the bathroom doors. It could be opened from the outside while locked without much effort. The other concern were the 3 juvenile scorpions that we found inside. The property owner said she had not had this issue before, and due to their small size I believe they are a fresh "addition" to the property. The property owner said she was planning to have someone look into it and hopefully cure the problem.

Relaxing Girls week

We really enjoyed our time here. The photos are accurate, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The deck is really nice, but the weather (hot/humid) didn't cooperate enough to spend much time outside. Great layout and appreciated the ceiling fans in almost every room. Vian is ok but we found better choices for groceries and restaurants in Gore.

Far exceeded expectations. Absolutely beautiful property—just about everything you could ever need or want. Can’t recommend highly enough. One thing—wish there was a bar of soap in the bathrooms to bathe with.

Quiet Cabin in Vian

My Family and I stayed at this home in Vian while attending church and a wedding. It definitely has a Lakehouse vibe. There is an assortment of 6 towels and washcloths And no pillows to spare Beds are not luxurious But overall the house is stocked with basic needs No extras

Curtains don't cover windows. Beds in 2 rooms are bad.

Four adults and two 20-year olds. Queen and twin beds are horribly unconformable and need to be replaced. King bed was ok. Only 1 pillow per person and they were worn out, flat. The curtains are too narrow and don't cover the windows. We found blankets to hang on 2 of the windows. No bath soap. There was a coffee maker and coffee but no sugar or sweetner. No grab bars in the shower/tubs. It was dangerous and difficult to get out of the tub. Bath towels looked awful with worn out edges but they did the job. Not enough washcloths for everyone to have one. The house is not visible from the Highway. There is a sign but you can't read it until you are practically next to it. Best part of the house was the view from the balcony, especially in the morning.

Great house for a good price!

We stayed at the house for a week while we were fishing a tournament at lake Tenkiller and had nothing bad to say. The house works perfect for 3-4 people. Plenty of room in the house and all basic necessities were provided. The driveway is a little steep but there is plenty of truck and boat parking on the property. The house was quite very peaceful. And it is close to Tenkiller and there are plenty of gas stations close by. Highly recommend this house

Home away from home

5 friends and I came up from Alabama to hunt for 8 days and this place had everything we needed and more. Fingers crossed this home will be available for next years trip as well. The owner is very responsive and will do anything you need. This is been one of the most enjoyable short term rental houses I’ve been in.

Cozy cabin

We went to be close to some family land for hunting and it was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay and the fireplace came in handy with the freezing temps. Will book again in the future!

So glad I checked for something close!

We were in town to lay my grandmother to rest and needed somewhere to stay since her house is not big enough for the family. We wanted to be as close as possible and hotel accommodations are further than we wanted to be. I decided to check VRBO, and I’m so glad that I did! I had no idea there would be such a great little place in Vian, OK! We loved the cabin and would absolutely stay again. Ciara was so helpful and responsive at a time that grief was making the day hard for us. We really appreciate y’all opening your lake home to our family. My boys loved sitting on the back deck after dark and just relaxing. They have already asked if we could come back next time we are in town.

The property was shown accurately in the listing. It is in a great location and the house is very comfortable. Anybody booking this rental should remember to bring your own shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer. Also, there were no hangars in the closets making it difficult to store your clothes. But, if you don't mind living out of a suitcase, the is a perfect property. I will book it again.

Nice home with a beautiful back yard view. You are close to Tinkiller State Park/Pine Cove Marina, so this was a plus for our group. There is sufficient parking close to the home or further toward the road there is room for a truck with boat trailer. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked very well and home was comfortable. There were seven in our group, all of us had ATT phone service and all had very bad reception, you had to be outside and the back porch worked best.

Very good!

The house was bigger than we expected. It worked out perfect for our family. They did not have WIFI so that was hard with us having little kids that wanted to watch TV at night but overall it was great.
